Terms

These terms apply to the use of the ZilverGoudPrijs WordPress plugin and the related price service. ZilverGoudPrijs is a product of ZaakCompleet. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.

1. The service

ZilverGoudPrijs provides a WooCommerce plugin and a price service that supplies spot prices of gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Based on these, the plugin calculates product prices according to the user's settings.

2. Trial

A free 3-day trial can be started once per website. After it ends, the price service stops for that website unless a subscription has been taken out.

3. Subscription and payment

  • The subscription costs €19 per month or €190 per year per website, excluding VAT. From 3 websites in the name of the same customer, all of that customer's licenses get 20% off.
  • Invoices are sent in advance per period and collected by direct debit. The customer authorises the direct debit once with an iDEAL payment of €0.01.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 days after the due date, the price service for the website(s) concerned may be suspended until the invoice has been paid.
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

4. Cancellation

A monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly, a yearly subscription at the end of the current year, by email to zilvergoudkoers@zaakcompleet.nl. Periods already paid are not refunded.

5. Prices and liability

Metal prices come from external market sources and are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. The user remains responsible for the prices in their web shop and the markups set. The plugin shows "price on request" when no current price is available.

ZilverGoudPrijs is not liable for damage caused by incorrect, delayed or missing prices or by malfunctions of the plugin or price service, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer in the 12 months before the damage.

6. Use

A license applies to one website (domain). It is not permitted to use the price service outside the plugin, to resell it or to circumvent the license check.

7. Other

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
