ZilverGoudPrijs (a product of ZaakCompleet) handles personal data with care. Below is what we process and why.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no trackers. The live prices are fetched in your browser from zaakcompleet.nl; no personal data is sent. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts.

The plugin

• Trial: the name of your store, your email address and the address of your website, to register the trial and contact you about your license.
• Price updates: every minute your license key, the address of your website and the plugin version, to check the license. The last contact and the IP address of your server are stored for administration and security.
• Subscription: company name, contact person, email address, phone number, address, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, for invoicing and direct debit (via Mollie).

The plugin does not send any data about your customers or orders to us.

Retention and your rights

We keep data as long as you are a customer and afterwards as long as the law requires (invoices 7 years). You can view, correct or delete your data via zilvergoudkoers@zaakcompleet.nl.
